So, whenever I think of Oregon, things like Powell’s, Voodoo Doughnuts, not having to pump my own gas (which is weird), and not having to pay tax (which is awesome) all come to mind.
That’s probably because I’d never been to the Oregon Coast before. And holy smoke, what a place it is.
We headed from Seattle to Camus, and then booked it to the coast the next day. We went from Seaside to Hug Point, all the way down to Pacific City, and then backtracked a bit to Whalen Island, where we camped. We also went to Tillamook on the way back to Seattle, but I was too busy stuffing my face with dairy-based goodness to take any photos worth posting.
